Stalls have automatic waters, fans, lights and automatic fly spray.
Stalls have sliding doors, blanket rack, and a peek window.
The feed room has individual bins for each horse and a storage shelf for supplements. Above each bin is a smart sheet of diet , health , and contact information. |
Stall Facilities Circle "B" has 11ft by 11.5ft stalls. Each stall has a fan for summer months and a light to extend day light in the winter for keeping a short hair coat for showing. The barn has an automatic fly spray system with spray nozzles at every external doorway and in every stall. Each stall has a Nelson automatic waterer. Stall fronts are rot iron with sliding doors and a peek through opening for your horse. Stall floors are matted for easy cleaning soft comfort for your horse. Stall ceilings are high to provide good ventilation. Each stall has a personal locking tack closet conveniently located to your stall and tacking area. All board includes daily turn out into large grassy pastures with shade. All pastures have been seeded with a Bermuda and fescue mix providing forage year-round. The barn has two well lit hot and cold wash racks and 4 cross tying areas. There is also a community kitchenette area with a double sink, microwave, and refrigerator. Head care taker lives on the premises in an apartment located above the barn. Full Board is $550 per month This is a full service option. This includes your choice of Feed and orchard alfalfa or fescue hay, daily pasture turn out, stall cleaning, blanketing, fly masking and spraying and other special care needs. Horses are fed grain and hay twice a day. Supplements to be added to feed must be purchased by boarder but will be added as directed by staff. Partial Board is $350 per month This includes daily pasture turn out, blanketing, fly masking and spraying, and morning feeding done by the Staff. Boarders are financially responsible for the purchase of their own hay and grain of their choice. Boarders are also responsible for cleaning their stalls daily, feeding the evening grain and hay, and either bringing in their horse or turning out their horse in the evening depending on the seasonal turnout schedule.
